How and when will I receive my tickets?
1. Booking confirmed
After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If the tickets are nominative, you will always receive a form to complete your personal details by email, WhatsApp, and SMS. It is essential to complete it within 30 minutes of the booking in order to correctly issue the tickets.
2. Ticket delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
- Up to 24 hours before the visit for advance bookings.
- Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
Once the tickets are available, you will receive them by email and, additionally, we may send them via WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience. Furthermore, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: tours with on-site ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are delivered directly by the guide to the customer.
- Delivery takes place at the meeting point, on the day and time of the visit.
- The customer must go to the meeting point indicated in the booking confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital delivery or on-site delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Is admission to Park Güell included in my purchase?
Yes, in our tours the admission ticket to the monument is always included.
What should I do if I have booked a GUIDED TOUR?
When you purchase tickets with a guided tour, we indicate the meeting point to visit Park Güell. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to avoid possible issues, such as transport delays, and to prepare for the visit calmly.
What should I do if I have purchased my tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE?
When you purchase Park Güell tickets with an audio guide, you will receive two emails. The first is the purchase confirmation and the second contains a link with instructions to access your private area, where you will find your tickets and the audio guide.
What documentation do I need to access the monument?
Tickets for Park Güell are personal and non-transferable, so you will be required to present an original and valid identity document (ID card, NIE, equivalent document, or passport). Photocopies, digital copies, or photos on a mobile phone are not accepted.
Can I bring my tickets in digital format?
Yes, you can present the original digital tickets at the entrance by showing the full code displayed on the ticket and increasing the brightness of your mobile phone screen to facilitate scanning.
Do children need a ticket to access Park Güell?
Yes, minors also need their own ticket to access the monument.
Can I change or cancel my tickets?
No, ticket details (such as name, date, or time) cannot be modified, nor can tickets be canceled once the booking has been made. Refunds are not accepted. These purchase conditions are explicitly stated on our website and are accepted during the purchase process, including the final step with the express acceptance of our cancellation policies.
No exceptions are considered, including COVID, other illnesses, work-related reasons, travel cancellations, etc., as established by the managing authority.
Once the ticket has been purchased, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED.
There is only one exception: the closure of the monument. If the monument closes unexpectedly, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be automatically issued using the same payment method.
Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
No. According to Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, Article 103 establishes exceptions to the right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to: (l) the provision of services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Is it possible to eat inside the monument?
Yes, eating is allowed inside Park Güell, but only in the designated picnic areas. In addition, there are drinking water fountains inside the grounds where you can drink or refill your bottle, as well as a cafeteria.
Is there a luggage storage service at the monument?
No, there is no luggage storage service at Park Güell. Therefore, we recommend leaving bulky items (suitcases of any size or travel backpacks) at your hotel or using an external luggage storage service.
Is the visit canceled in case of rain?
No, in case of rain the visit can still take place.
What happens if the monument closes?
If the monument has to close due to force majeure, we will offer you two options: reschedule the visit for another day and time or, if that is not possible, a full refund of the tour.
Are pets allowed inside the monument?
Access to Park Güell with pets is allowed (except in: Nature Square, Hypostyle Room, Dragon Stairway, Austria Gardens, Gaudí House Museum, and the Washerwoman’s Portico), provided they are kept on a leash, in accordance with the Animal Protection, Ownership, and Sale Ordinance (OPTVA). The person responsible for the animal will be liable for any damage it may cause. As the restricted areas are among the most interesting parts of the visit due to their heritage value, we recommend not visiting with pets or, if you do, taking these restrictions into account.
Can I enter Park Güell at a different time than the one selected during my purchase?
Once the ticket has been purchased and the day and time of the visit have been set, they cannot be changed. You must arrive at the scheduled time. Access will be allowed up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time, subject to capacity, so punctuality is recommended. If you have a guided tour, you must be punctual.
How long can I stay inside Park Güell?
Once inside Park Güell, there is no established time limit for the visit beyond the monument’s opening hours.
